some ideas for xmas presents????

i need help thinking of ideas for someone i m just dating.. nothing serious yet, very casual, but incase we see each other for the holidays i wanna have some idea of what to buy in case it is very last minute.. help

My sister just asked me the same question- she's seen a guy a few times, and not sure if they're exchanging, but she wanted to get something anyway.
This guy is very driven, very career-oriented, and doesn't go anywhere without his Palm Pilot. We were @ the Coach outlet in Riverhead and came across a great leather Palm case. She bought that, and I think she's going to pick up a little something else too.

Ok, I just remembered something else, don't think I'm a nut!

FH and I went to a Knicks game last season, seats were pretty high, but I bought tix for 'Kids Day' (or something similar). Before the game, they have all kinds of games and things set up. We had so much fun! And funny, there were more adults participating than kids.
(if you're the goofy, fun type)

The gap has a big sale on scraf and glove sets. I got my FH plain black b/c it goes with everything and he really likes it

you can get your bf tixs to a hockey game if he likes the rangersor Islanders. or maybe you can also get him a metswatch or shirt. I did all this stuff when I first went out with my Dhand he loved it. gl.

I must say that this is actually good advice. I actually told Michi the same thing, but I know her! She will feel badly about not giving a gift at all if she and her new guy are still seeing each other by holiday time.

Actually my dear Mother used to tell me this ALL the time.. 'honey, you don't have to buy a man a gift -- he should feel fortunate that you are even with him and HE should lavish and spoil you with gifts to show his appreciation

while i see both of ur points, i was not brought up to let the man only do for the women, i can not go with out getting him something, especially if he spent $$ on me.. not brought up that way at all, altho i wish i could think that way lol
