any time i bring up having a baby my mom gets upset with me... she thinks its too soon and i need to have a life with my FH first.. but by the time we getting married we will be dating 5 years and to be honest the only thing thats holding us back is me being in school and not having our own house. but she tells me constantly that she thinks the first year of marriage is that hardest and that we shouldnt have a baby untill after the first year... i feel like if FH and i are ready then its our decision but i want her to be happy about it.. i dont know im just curious to see what everyone elses parents think!

my mom is freaking out that we dont have kids yet..she would like us to wait till after the wedding..but if she could have it her way..i would have at at least 10 by now

i think its YOUR choice if your ready than go for it.....my mom knows im dyin to have kids and even though she wouldnt admit it..cause then shell feel old haha she cant wait to be a grandmother. honestly i dont care what other people think we both are dying to have kids and its OUR decision someone cant make that for you. im sure once you tell her your preg she will be excited.

i think deep down shes excited already.. she and my dad have been struggling with money for the past few years and i think she feels like fh and i have a good head on our shoulders and good jobs and doesnt want to see us loose that for a baby! since we are only 21

we are young to...if you think you can afford it than go for it....they cant determine that...if your gonna have to struggle to support the baby and urselfs than i would wait till ur stable.
