Some of my fingers are kind of numb,,,

I was typing away and three of my fingers on my right hand started feeling kind of sleepy like. Like I was getting pins and needles but no pain. Very weird. It is starting to fade...
What does this mean?

Does your wrist hurt when you type? Get any stiffness?

It could be a sign of carpel tunnel...

maybe your fingers were tired.

I had a very heavy pocketbook on my arm and my whole left arm and all my fingers got that pins and needle feeling, but once I removed the bag shook my arm a little the feeling went away.

IF this feeling comes back a lot more then I would suggest talking to your doctor because I think that is the signs of carpel tunnel syndrome. I think, I am not 100% on it. My mom had it a long time ago and had surgery on it.

Make sure you desk is 'ergonomically' correct. You feet are flat on the floor, arms slightly bent, rists flat, not bent. You don't want to be out of wack and get Car-syndrom

Maybe you should get some wrist guards if you don't have them.
That sometimes happens to me, and I got the gel guards for my keyboard and mouse and it's been better.

I have a wrist guard by the keyboard but not by the mouse. Hmmm I will call the MIS dept. That will take 100 yrs to get a measly mouse guard approved!
