Some people should not be allowed to have children!
A woman was arrested for allegedly leaving her four-year-old son alone at home for more than seven hours while she went shopping, police said.
Suffolk County police responded to the Wyandanch home on Sunday at about 7:30 p.m. after the landlord reported hearing noises in the upstairs apartment. The child was found alone and turned over to Child Protective Services.
The mother, Tammy Langhorn, 26, faces charges of endangering the welfare of a child. She allegedly told police that she left the toddler at noon while she went shopping.
She went SHOPPING! Nothing is that important that she couldn't take her child with her!! Some people should never be allowed to have children!
