I remember my Sales contact mentioning that my table numbers and seating cards are provided.(like 95% sure) BUT I have some quick questions for my fellow Swan Club Brides about other details.
1. Menus- Do they provide printed menus for the table? or are we responsible for having our own printed?
2. Welcome Table for Guest book, etc? I viewed the galleries and I didn't see any pictures with one. I did see a table set up for escort cards.
3. I haven't been to a wedding in over 10 years, gift table? Is this still a thing? lol
4. Where are you placing your card boxes, if you are opting to use one?
5. Cocktail Hour Room, are you putting any decor/centerpieces on those tables?

1. I dont think they are providing them, I'm making them 2. THey told me they will put the guestbook on the table with the escort cards 3. Didnt ask about that..I will have a card box.. 4. I would like it near the sweetheart table..just to prevent anything from happening to it 5. Nope

1. No. I asked about menu the last time I talked to them. 2. Which room are you in? I was told they'd put my escort cards on a table on the dance floor until dinner really started. We're in the Camelot room. 3. I'd like to know this too. 5. No. The napkin display they have is good enough.

Has any one done the food tasting for the swan club?

I've had a tasting there. Really unimpressed. They used frozen vegetables and imitation lobster. So disappointed. The dessert came out in a cup that looked like it belonged to a diner. The food tasting is the reason I went with Westbury Manor instead.

I haven't done an official tasting yet, but i did sample at the bridal showcase. We liked the food they served there. My sister in law's sister and friend had their weddings there and she liked the food as well.
