somebody HELP ME!!!!

i really want to quit smoking, but i tried 3 times and each time i went back. has anyone here quit? if so, how did you do it?

Well, I smoke now, but quit once before and just did it cold turkey!!! Try just throwing you cigarettes out the window or Flush them down the toilet.

I just threw them out my car window one day!

I just decided that I was going to quit cold turkey and thats what I did. I kept tic-tacs in my pocket & everytime I felt like having a cig,I would pop a candy instead. Good luck!

yes, i tried the patch and i quit for 3 months and then went back. i want to try going cold turkey, but i'm afraid all the weight i lost i'll put right back on.

I quit using Quit Smart Program

Good luck! I loved the program and it was not too bad!

Make sure you are REALLY ready this time. You can quit cold turkey. (Which has worked for ALOT of people) You just need the will power. (My hubby has tried to quit a number of times but goes back in less then a week)

Just think how much better you will feel.

How much money you can save!! (At $5+ a pack. If you smoke a pack or more a day that's about $2,000 or more a year)

I just quit recently. I had a pack of cigarettes and decided this was the last one. I unceremoniously smoked the last cigarette. I didn't tell any one for two weeks except DH. And knock wood, it's been 6 weeks! It's really hard and I really miss it (I even dreamed about having a cigarette last night) but I do breathe easier and I have noticed my cash lasts longer during the week. We're all here rooting for you
