clean them but leave the tail.. in a bow put olive oil.. shrimp..salt ,pepper, oregano chopped garlic (hot red pepper if u like)..

in a pan that u would use to make eggs ..

spray on stick stuff.. and just add the shrimp.

take them out as soon as they turn pink. they wont taste fishy.

or make coconut shrimp!

def. garlic, oil, shrimp. delicious! they sould be C's. Once they start to close and look like O's, you've cooked them too long. still edible, but will be tough.

I made this recently and it was really good and pretty simple although it sounds all fancy, lol

Shrimp à la Grecque

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 14-ounce cans diced tomatoes (or whole tomatoes, seeded and chopped)
1 pound large shrimp (cleaned)
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
lemon juice
Directions
Heat the broiler.
Place the oil and garlic in a large, broiler-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sauté 2 to 3 minutes or until the garlic begins to brown.
Add the tomatoes and heat to boiling over high heat, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens slightly. Stir in the shrimp and parsley and continue to cook just until the shrimp begin to curl. Sprinkle on the feta.
Place the skillet under the broiler and cook until the cheese is softened and browns slightly.

i love throwing my fav spices on them... oil, fresh garlic, sometimes old bay, sometimes cajun seasoning, lemon and herb and grilling them!

or they are great grilled with your fav bbq sauce on them!

peel them. throw them in a bag w lime juice, garlic, salt , pepper and tequila . marinate for maybe 10 mins.

put on grill. if you use tin foil, by the time you put them on you start turning them then take them off and they're done. like 5 mins really.
