I've been on such a role lately -- going to the gym like 6 days a week. I have a gym in the basement of my apartment building and I SHOULD be there right now on the treadmill....i just cant convince myself to do it. Its already 10pm..... Grrrr....and I ate chocolate cake for dessert tonight stupid me. I'm never gonna be in shape for my HM

Sorry, but if you've been religiously going to the gym 6 days a week, take tonight off. It's not a crime. It may be your body asking you for a break.
Don't feel guilty about dessert.
You're doing really nicely, don't beat yourself.

i agree sometimes you need to take it easy and relax besides its not good to workout at night usually people have trouble sleeping...oh wait im supposed to be convincing you to work out sorry!

A gym in ur basement and you hardly ever use it!! Shame on you ...But im glad you are back in action. Gee..if only I had a gym in my building...I would be there right now...ok not RIGHT now..but tommorrow
