Someone in my neighborhood LOST their DOG- N'Port area residence keep your eyes open please

I was going to post on the Charity board but I feel it doesn't get that much traffic...

I just feel so bad when things like this happen, thought I could help them by posting on this board
There are 'LOST' signs all over town, I'm sure the family is heartbroken, so I figured if there are any brides/grooms that live in the Northport vicinity maybe you could just keep your eyes peeled for their little doggie.

Black dog w/ white chest- Black tail w/ white tip (looks like a medium-sized mutt)
'LuLu'

I'm in Ft Salonga and I haven't seen any signs up ...

I hope they find the puppy.

I found a doggy running around on Middleville Road afew weeks back, stopped, grabbed her and stood around for a while. She had rabbies tag but no name/address. Anyway, she got in my Jeep (license plate 3GR8PUPS) and I took her home. We ended up finding out where she lived (like three driveways away from where I grabbed her!) and brought her back. I felt so good I almost cried. Her name was Star and she was so sweet, my dogs had fun running around with her in our yard.


Hope it's the same happy ending for this pup!

I live in East Northport and I have seen those signs . Poor family, they must be so heart broken!

FH and i were running on saturday afternoon around steers pit in NPT when the owner drove up to us and handed us a flier with all the info. it had just happened that morning. they live in the crab meadow area...we said we'd keep our eyes open for her. my heart broke for him as he drove away i felt so bad for him b/c i know how much i love my dog!!! i keep looking when i'm driving around since i live in NPT too!

that is a funny story. it happened to me too. i was driving to fh house and i see this dog walking on bread and cheese. so i pick her up cause she looked like she was having too much fun. i took her in my car and went back home. no address on her tag, just a phone number. so i looked in the phone book and called them. then i saw the address and realized it wasn't far from my house. so i get back in the car and drive towards her house and i realize that she was at the bottom of her own driveway!!! duh! her family was like 'thank you, she never goes anywhere.'

i hate seeing dogs roaming the street...that kills me. i hope her family finds her soon!!!
