The topic itself is not actually boring - this professor - is making it Boring !!

I hate when professors read you the textbook. That is not teaching. Someone should audit that class and do something about it!

The werent going to have the class - so a few of us petitioned the dean to hire someone - well they did - a lawyer - so the class is 8 in the morning (so he can run off to work afterwards) - i am sure he is a great attorney because he works at a top firm but - not very indicative of the type of professor he can be -

I had a professor who was just a complete jerk all around. He was a pure evil man. His last name was Klass. First day he said to us 'hello you poor pathetic excuses for students, my name is Dr. Klass. That is class with a K not a C'

When he walked into the room, I am not kidding the temperture dropped like 50 degrees.

I also took a law class where the professor was a lawyer and he literally put the class to sleep. What I found best to do is read the textbook and during class do homework for another class.

Attica, which law school are you at?? I was so grateful to be able to have my computer in some of my classes to kill the time when my professors rambled and there were no notes to be taken. I'm sure I'd know a whole lot more about Health Law right now if it were not for my computer, but frankly, I couldn't care less about Health Law. It stinks that you had to petition for the course and are stuck taking it with a boring professor.

I almost went there! I had my deposit in and everything, but I got a phone call from the dean at Brooklyn and wound up going there instead. It's a good school (despite boring professors!).

I definitely like it here - i had between here and brooklyn to choose - i ended up with st johns for various reasons

i was at brooklyn last semester for moot court -i love the building!

I'm stuck at the most boring training session for work and I'm in WEEK 2

FRIDAY I WILL BE BACK IN NY AND I'M GOING TO GO KISS THE FLOORS!!!!

BTW Girls - Greektown SUCKS compared to astoria - but it is very clean and nice but it's a steno four blocks long That's it!

LOL I have to say, I would know a lot more about various kinds of law if not for my laptop!!!

But then again, I used to thank the good Lord everyday for wireless internet!!!
