Someone please explain hair trials!?

Can someone please tell me how a hair trial works? Is it a true trial where they come to your house? Do they do as many hairstyles as your interested in? Someone or everyone help!

some hair stylists also charge for the trial, usually from $50-$75 up to $125.....some are free. Some will come to you and some you have to drive to. Here is a list of some hair and makeu people I put together that are popular with the brides to be on these boards...hope it helps!
