Someone PLEASE help me!!! I can't take it anymore!!!

I need to find a new job, I am almost ready to go back to waitressing!!!! I have a job where I am trapped in an office all day long!!

I am not an office person at all, I need to MOVE around.

If anyone can help me, please let me know, I am desperate. I want to take the state test for Real Estate Agents, but can't risk not making a salary right now (gotta pay for a wedding )

Any help would be great!

I am a flight attendant. I used to LOVE my job but my company is putting us through the ringer right now and it is awful. ( or I wpould have recommended my company)

Maybe try to get a flight attendant job with Jetblue or Southwest- they are both very stable companies and they are both hiring. The people who choose this job hat I work with are a lot of fun-

A job is a job but you interact with different people everyday and layovers are awesome!

I would like a job where I don't have to sit at a desk all day, and as funny as it sounds, waitressing was great for that!

Obviously, waitressing doesn't work long-run, that's when I became interested in real estate. I took the qualifying course and passed, and now I need to take the state test. I really can't become an agent right now, I need to have a steady income. So, I have to wait until after the wedding, but I just can't take it here much longer!!!

I used to work at car dealers doing car detailing, and even though the job was stressful and I was always outside, I was very happy. I had freedom to walk around....and I was able to move around and get excersize during the day....I was always doing something. The pay wasnt that great though...Its funny I always looked up to my friends who worked in offices and now I wish I wasnt one of them.

I was going to take the real estate test too. I went to Century 21 for an interview and I actually got turned off. I spoke to a few people about being an agent and I got mixed reactions until I spoke to my wifes aunt. She basically told me the pros and the cons of being and agent, and for me the Cons won. I no longer want to be a real estate agent.

If you are interested in real estate and you are worried about not making money for long periods of time there are other things you can do...You can become an Appraiser, which requires school or a Closer for a title company which also requires school. My wifes aunt said that Closers make a lot of money, All day....and you are not on your butt all day...you go from 1 lawyers office to another.....

Hi. I'm almost in the same situation. I have great news for you. Go get a mortgage license. It's a simple training, not difficult, and let me tell you, not only do you make money, but you become rich. I havent' started but am training a bit; whenever i have a chance. I am going to do real estate first but if you're desperate, you will definately make money with mortgage. However, if you can work for a bank that has the low rate program (rates for certain areas that qualify), you are more likely to beat other bank rates and get more clients. The best part, is that the schedule is whatever you want it to be. You get them the clients, do a little paper work, and your done. They do most of the work while you sit back and wait for your checks. You don't have to be stuck in an office; well at least for me, I'm working from home. Best of luck to you. Believe you can do it and you will. promise!

you don't need a lic to sell mortages- my FH has his on office- he is the only one who needs a lic

They are always looking for processers and Loan officers- FM and I will ask him

You need to be willing to work hard and talk on the phone
and work unitl about 8pm ( that's when people are home)- it's a little more complicated then sitting back and waiting for a check- deals fall thru- it can get stressful

His office is in mineloa by the train station-

The one draw back is it takes about 3 months to start making money as a loan officer- alot of place will let you start in the evenings so you don't have to quit your other job right away

but once you get started the average is $5 to $10 a month

She needs a salary anyway so mortgage wouldn't work for her. I work for Foxtons. I am not a RE agent but the agents get paid a salary and you get a bonus for each house you sell. FM me if you are interested and you can e mail me your resume. You get a company car(mini cooper) cell phone laptop and salary.
