Why is that people think that it is ok to use a cell phone in the bathroom!?!?!?! Isn't anything off limits anymore???
I know as teachers there are not many areas that we have available to us (our school is overcrowded) to have a private conversation. But seriously there must be an empty classroom somewhere!!! Why is it they people feel the need to have a phone conversation in the bathroom! I have a hard enough time using public restrooms

I see it all the time I dont have a problem with it though If I am in the bathroom I wont answer unless its craig lol then who cares

I have heard people on the phone IN THE BATHROOMS. I don't get it. I know I am not so important that I need to be that reachable.

Actually, I did that once! I was just zipping up and my DH called me!
i don't think people intentionally dial up in the bathroom, btu if you get a call from someone important, you gotta answer!

When I walked into the bathroom before this period one was talking by the sink on the phone and the other was in the stall. I thought they were talking to each other but they were on the phone, because the stall person's calling waiting must have beeped in and I heard her say hold on I have another call. YUCK!

I've done this before at school - although only when i know people are in there- If someone does walk it i'll cut the conversation short. I'll use the phone if there is a quick call that i really need to make and my service in the staircase isnt catching or the staircase already has poeople in it which makes it impossible to hear anyone.
i dont think there is anything wrong with it - i dont think i would call someone while i was in teh stall though - that is just too wierd -
I also wouldnt want others hearing the toilet flush - that is just gross -

That is just something I would consider nasty. Just yesterday I walked into the mens room and there was someone in the stall using the bathroom and talking on the phone...How nasty is that.
I thought it was bad when I saw people not washing there hands after using the bathroom...but talking on your cell phone....is worse i think

Maybe they don't want their students to see them on the cell phone? But I agree, some places should be private....who the heck wants to be on the receiving end of a conversation with toilets flushing and hand dryers in the background???

Do you guys remember the recent story of the man who got his arm STUCK in the train toilet trying to fetch his cell phone?
I'm sorry, but I respect MY OWN privacy too much to use a cell phone in the bathroom...LEAVE ME ALONE! There is NOTHING so important that it cannot wait a couple of minutes!

The wost is when people are on Nextel and sitting on the pot. then u hear the whole story. How would u feel when u hear ne of those heavy duty toilets flush ewww.

The point is what about the other people in the bathroom! We only have one teacher's bathroom per floor and you know what I don't want anyone else to hear my business! I think it is totally inconsiderate!
