Ok so after I found my dress, I went shoe shopping and bought these:
They're a 3' heel and go well with my gown. I also had a hollow to hem done with these shoes.
After I bought them, someone else (I can't remember who) posted these and I fell in LOVE with them........but have been stopping myself from buying them.........but I keep going back to them and think I really really want them! But I think my mother might kill me, lol. These are a 3.5' heel, so I'm not even sure I CAN buy them now because the hollow to hem on my gown is done. I'm also wondering if maybe they're too much with my gown being so detailed....
Do I stick with my original shoe or go with my gut?????

I really love the new ones, but if it will make your hem too short then its probably not a good idea :(

Are they mucho bucks? Can you swing it??
If so get them. Even if u can't wear them for the wedding bc of them height you can wear them to something else. (Like my wedding . Their HOT.

i think you should stick with you originals, esp since you already have your hem done. also, the gems on the shoes might actually cause more harm than good as it may catch on to a lot of fabrics...

and def do not think they are too much... you barely see the shoe anyway...but IMO the more sparkle the better
id get them...bring them when you try on your dress...if they dont work...return them
if you really wanted to get crazy...a shoe maker could prob very easily trim the heel for you too...justttt saying!

They're not Manolo or Jimmy mucho......but they're certainly not as cheap as the others.....they're $300. I read a few reviews and people are saying that they're SUPER comfy too.......Am I freaking crazy here????
ETA: and I DO have plenty of weddings to go to this year that I can wear them to

keep the originals! honestly, they are just shoes and for the most part won't even be seen. the new one's are really nice but i don't think it is worth it since the first pair work with your dress.

When I had my hollow to hem done I still needed to have more taken off. You may get lucky!

Being that your dress is hollow to hem, stick with the originals, spend your money on something else that you don't have already

Thanks girls. I showed them to my mom (who is always my voice of reason, but also a shoe girl) and she wasn't a huge fan. So that makes my decision. She also reminded me that ankle straps don't normally look good on me because I have big calves, lol. She even said that if she really thought they were worth it, she'd probably buy them for me. So that settles it...sticking with the original .

I loooove the new ones! I say to go for it! The only thing is to try them on with ur dress and make sure that tbe crinoline doesn't catch on the rhinestones, other than that I say get 'em!
