The other thing that happens is sometimes as your are responding someone else is also writing and saying the same thing. Thats happened to me a few times.

Well, it is a message board, so people do tend to, you know, post messages![]()
I guess if it's that bothersome, don't post, or don't read the boards? I don't know, I'll admit to skimming if threads get too lengthy, but it generally doesn't bother me. Plus I like to observe trends and see who agrees with each other, who totally disagree, etc. lol, it's fun.
I've noticed that, and it does get annoying after awhile, but what can you do? People just want to be helpful and they don't always have time (like if they're at work or something) to read through posts.
ill skip through sometimes but sometimes there are so many responses i cant read em all lol.. laziness

ummm...I wasn't trying to say anything bad about this board. I was just saying something that I noticed. It seems like a lot of people are just reading the initial post and not the answers already given. Of course there will be double posts and people agreeing with each other but for instance if someone asks for the phone number to something and a person answers do 12 more people need to respond with the same phone number? I also know it is just people being helpful. I recognize that!

I didn't notice,things like that don't bother me...
but in all honesty, sometimes I am rushing and I don't have time to read through everyone's response.

well sometimes when there is 2 pages worth of responses i dont read all of them. I read whatthe poster is asking & give my opinion based on that q. If it duplicates another persons opinionthen that should only confirm that what we are posting back is probably correct & a good answer for you! If that bothers some people OH WELL! I dont always care about what other people answer im just trying to help the original poster!![]()
ps-I truely dont think she was trying to start ANY drama though, She's been on this site longer than me and she was never one to start any trouble...I think she was just making an observation that many probably noticed...
yup, I read the responses and if someone states the same thing I was going to say, I dont comment.
I hear what your saying but on the other hand I know if I post a question and I get multiple answers it doesnt make me mad it helps me. Like if 5 people have the same answer and one person has something else Im gonna go with what the 5 people said bc if a lot of people feel one way theres a reasen for it
Yeah, I think we're all a little guitly of it, ahhaa. But like someone else said, if someone needs an opinion, it's nice to know a lot of people feel the same way about something you're asking about.

well, normally i skim through posts and if i see soemthing similar that i wanted to say, i either 1. say ITA or 2. ignore the post since its kinda pointless for the OP to read the same info over n over ....

same here.
And, sometimes it actually is helpful for ppl to respond with the same answer, esp if you are looking for opinions on something one way or the other, this way you can weigh out the ppl that thought one way vs the other.
