fairly recently i was soooooo stressed out, mostly bc of school, living over 1000 miles from fh and from family, thinking about a million and a half things, pms-ing, all i wanted to do was cry and eat chocolate. but my daily workout actually helped a lot, and oddly enough, so did cleaning my apartment. sometimes when i get behind in it, i don't even realize, and once it's clean it feels like a nice fresh start and a good accomplishment. it also gets my mind off other things. fm me if you need to talk!! try to do something to get your mind off life.
