What are you ladies doing to up hold these traditions?
I'm having a tough time with the borrowed...the bracelet that I've wanted to borrow for forever was lost in my parents house fire and there is really nothing that I want to replace it....

Alot of things I am wearing is new so that is covered. Blue = I Do decal stickers for my shoes For the old and borrowed I might borrow a friends necklace which is old as well. If that doesn't work out then I will borrow an old dollar bill. Those are definitely old.

something new - DOJ, dress
something old - I want to talk to my florist about having my grandmother's crystal rosary beads wrapped around my boquet, and I will have either my grandmother's or great grandmothers hankie
Borrowing my mom's earrings...garter for something new may get it with some blue...need something old. Have the six pence for my shoe!

Blue- There will be blue flowers in my bouquet.. Borrowed- My aunts bracelet new-my dress and headpiece old-could be my aunts bracelet again but also am looking to tie on a charm locket with a picture of my grandma who is passed and that could def be old also...right?

New: my dress and shoes Old/blue and borrowed: a pin from my grandmother - diamonds and sapphires Also blue in my gator - FH was a Florida Gator so I got one of those hehe

:( I'm sorry about the loss in the fire, my aunt's house had a fire and we lost a lot of family heirlooms so I understand.
I had the most trouble with something borrowed also, but in the end we found a really god one!
Something old - my great grandmother's engagement ring, and my bouquet wrap will be made with lace from my grandmother's wedding gown
Something new - my dress, earrings and pearl bracelet
Something borrowed - pearl swarovski necklace from future SIL that she wore for her wedding.
Something blue - my shoes!

I'm not sure yet..I think that something borrowed will be a piece of jewelry from a family member..and my something old is my grandmothers diamond that was placed inside of my engagement ring!. Something blue will probably be my underwear lol!! and I'm not sure about something new..maybe a gift I'll get!

Crashing!
I had the hardest time with something old, I'm not sure if you girls are having the same issue but everything was new, except for the earrings I borrowed for the second holes in my ear. So I made my something old my belly button ring and my toe ring
DH said it was cheating, but oh well lol

Old- My Great Grandma's ring New- Dress Borrowed- no clue, I'm really stuck on this one. Blue- undies or garter
I also got a sixpence for my shoe from FH's Grandfather.

old- my grandma’s pearl and diamond necklace and earring set (also worn by my sister at her wedding)
new- dress
borrowed- i am wearing my sisters veil (and i guess the jewelry too since it is hers now)
blue- this is hard- i have a handkerchief that has my great grandma’s initials embroidered in blue that i might pin under my dress, but not really sure

Old: Engagement ring (was FH's grandmother's) New: Dress/veil/DOJ/etc Borrowed: Wrapping my bouquet in a strip of my mother's dress Blue: Sapphires in my engagement ring/my brother's gf and FH's cousin
