Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue ???
What are yours???
I thought of this because my Mom provided TWO of them to me:
My wedding band (total surprise to me) is going to be my grandmother's, platinum, with diamonds the whole way round . . . three generations!!! Who knew??? My Mom didn't wear her band, so I had never seen it, that I remember, and it MATCHES MY E-RING!!!!
And my mom's also letting me wear her pave diamond heart pendant.
of course, the dress, etc. is new . . . .
And the blue will NOT be my garter . . . (I'm going to wear a Yankees panty to surprise the FH!!!!)

Something old will be something of my grandma's... not sure what yet.
Something new will be the dress.
Something borrowed will most likely be my sister's veil if I wear one.
Something blue will either be my shoes or a Yankees garter.

Seehere is my problem. My grandmoher gave me a something old which was my grandfathers yellow gold cross. I decided to ask fh if he would wear it and he said yes that he would be honored...
So, my something new is going to be my earrings from Macys, My something old- I have NO IDEA yet. Maybe ill wear my three star ring and leave the ering on my left hand? Something borrowed- again, NO IDEA Something blue: My starfish garter

When I was little I always lost jewlery. I'd come home from school or dance with one earring on. My mom always brought me gold.. Well about a month ago, she opened her jewlery box and showed me all my single earrings. She saved them all. It was the sweetest thing. She said that we would pin them to the inside of my dress for my something old.
Its the sweetest thing ever! I love her so much!!
Im not sure about the other stuff yet!

Something Old - a pink crystal flamingo broch I gave my mother when I was six is going to be attached to my BoK - it could be my something borrowed but nah

something old: can my engagement ring count as this-it was my grandmothers but it's mine now..but technically it is old...
something new: my dress
something borrowed: most likely a pearl necklace or earrings or something like that
something blue: im getting a new york giants garter as a suprise to FH
