Something other than bubbles, or ribbon wands?

Something other than bubbles, or ribbon wands?

Is anyone doing something other than Ribbon Wands, bird seed, or bubbles as you exit the church?

I thought the ribbon wands were cute, but my fiance thinks they are totally gay and has put his foot down. I don't want bubbles either..

Is there anything else I can do, or am I stuck with birdseed? BTW - Church says no rose petals either bc there is a 5:00pm mass, and it has to be clean...

Any suggestions?

mini bells? my mom nixed the wands for us as well so we aren't doing anything...

Michaels sells this white heart rice that is actually birdseed. Its really cute.

If the church said no to rose petals than you can't do leaves, or streamers. they make a mess as well.

How about Butterflies?

P.S. My church said no rose petals but a little old lady at the desk said 'I'm not telling you what to do but no one is going to say anything if you throw rose petals .'

Bells - good idea - I forgot about bells!!

I love the streamer idea, but I don't want anyone to have to stay afterwards to clean up.....Do you think I can pay the altar boys/girls to clean up? hmm.....

i'm doing bells and a dove release. The Chapel won't let us throw anything.
Hope they don't mind some bird doo!!
