Something special

My Fh has announced he wants to do something special the year exactly before our wedding. I was thinking a trip to NYC or Atlantic city or the Poconos, or even a one day thing. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I wanted to do the same thing, unfortunately we never did, I wanted to go on a dinner cruise - eastern Long Island but I heard the Manhattan one is even better! Good Luck.

I just got back from Lake George and even though it was a 4 hour drive it was so worth it!
Lake George Village is gorgeous. It has a ton of little shops, restaurants, arcades and mini golf.
Very pretty and alot to do!

The Poconos might be fun... you could always check out the Beautiful Mount Airy Lodge and get a room with a champagne glass tub...

On the One Year countdown to our wedding officially announced our bridal party. We got everyone together at a restaurant and gave them picture collages and asked them to be members of our bridal party. Not sure if this could work for you, but it was a great way to kick off the year countdown
