That's nice. I don't know if I could make it through a poem for her. Hmmm...

Instead of doing the bouquet toss you can make a speech and present the bouquet to her instead. You can even ask the florist to make up a small bouquet that looks like or incorporates some of the flowers that were in her bouquet on her wedding day.

Or if you wanted to do the toss, you can just do this presentation after. Just an idea!
