Something to watch out for with your vendors...

Just wanted to share an experience I had with a vendor for so that you ladies know to watch out for this. Make sure that when you book your vendors, you know exactly how many people they are bringing to assist. I was completely shocked (& pretty livid)when a vendor for my e-party brought 2 extra, unnecessary people along that I ended up having to pay for their plates at the site. Get it in writing from them and let them know that if they do bring people above that number, those people will NOT have a meal paid for.

I didn't even think of that. Last night we met with a DJ and he will be bring an assistant.

We haven't booked yet, but that is something we will put in the contract.
