would be more excited about the planning process. lol ....i think about the wedding 24/7. now, he's more than willing to come along for meetings/appts/tours etc. but he would NEVER be like 'omg look at this cake pattern i found online' lol
sigh. just venting a bit.

I'm actually ok that FH isn't involved in the wedding process, it leaves alot more for me to have fun with.
He is getting excited over all the house stuff, everyday he has a new idea that he wants to do, he's even getting excited over decorating

yeah mine pretty much lets me make all the appointments, he doesn't really have an interest except for what its costing!

At first FH wasn't interested, but the more we did the more he got into it. Started with looking at the photographers. At first he was like EH but then when we started looking at different portfolios he got really involved. Now he's become my groomzilla. He has visions and it's my job to make them happen. I'm more of a DOC......I'm being dramatic of course, but you know what I mean.

yea sometime i wish he was more into it. i feel like i talk about it all the time, and he's just like okay. sometimes i feel like i am annoying him because its all i talk about. but i have to say that after we book our RH he was excited, which made me really happy. i guess guys are just different with the way they express things.

i wanted fh to be more involved in the wedding. whenever i would bring up a centerpeice or idea i liked he would veto it right away if he didnt like it. so i told him that if he wants to say no to my ideas then he needs to bring his own to the table. now he sends me ims with centerpeices he likes and is move involved. its too cute sometimes.

I am on the other side of the sepectrum... FH is is like 'ew no, I do not like those table clothes' or 'that bridesmaids dress color it's passionate and romantic like I invisioned our wedding' rediculous things !
It *****! I want to dominate planning and do whatever I want and he wants to be next to me for every and any little thing! I love him and it's cute but sometimes it's like your not supposed to care what flowers I like!

Exactly!! When it comes down to making decisions, all he wants to know is the cost. He doesn't understand that it has to look pretty and that I have a vision lol.

I really don't expect for FH to be too involved....he helps me with what i need and gives me inputs but he's not like obnoxiously telling me OMG LOOK AT THIS OR THAT...which i think is ok...some men aren't really creative but sometimes its best not for fh to get involved in the planning

Yea same here. FH usually gives me his opinions so I can make the decision but I love doing all this stuff.

my FH isn't really into the planning either. however it was my own fault. i made appointments to see RH's according to mine & my sisters schedule. so he had work when we would go. he didn't really care but when we were at them we would be texting both of us like crazy. so recently i began to give him tasks to do. this seems to be working out good.
