so I get to work today and my district manager writes me up for being 10 minutes late last week and for shipment not being put away when i wasn't even in my store yesterday. sooooo needless to say if I thought I was done with this job before...this just confirmed it for me. going camping this weekend at hither hills and then when I get back I'll be looking for a new job on my vaca. If anyone had any leads on $45k+ jobs please let me know, I really don't wanna go for less than what I was making...I can't afford to.

Aw Im sorry to hear that. Luckily my DM isn't ever in my store so I really dont have to deal with her that much. But I know how it can be.

9 west I used to love it so much...but ever since i took over green acres location and we got a new president, RSM and DSM...its changed for the worse

Wow, kinda sounds like they are trying to clean people out. Definitly try to get out of there soon because they cause you more aggrivation. Um....are you looking to get out of retail?

prefferably, yes I'd like to get out of retail...but for the right opportunity I'd consider staying in retail for a bit longer

Ohhhhhhh, b/c I was going to suggest meeting with my DM but her district is only in eastern Suffolk. So that doesn't work for you.

Just start applying for any store thats hiring in your position. Tell them you make about 50k and see what they offer you. My friend did this and got a 15k raise within a year from jumping two stores.

Yeah definitly tell them you make more then you do. So even if they try to give you the same, its really a raise for you!
