and think to myself, 'I am such a slacker!!!!!' There are girls getting married at the end of 2011 that have done so much more than I have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need to channel their enthusiasm and productivity!

you have plenty of time!!! i feel the same way though im getting married in july 2010 and i know couples getting married in sept and nov 2010 who are done with EVERYTHING.. theres not enough time in the day for me to be finished with everything

Not all of us are that proactive...personally I think some people are doing some things a little too early... I don't want to take care of certain things too early and then have TONS of time to come across something I like better and regret the decision... but that's me.
You have time. Don't let our board make you feel bad I have to tell myself that a lot.

I couldnt agree more...all I have covered is my RH and all major vendors but if your not too picky...even some vendors can wait. Get yourself a wedding planning checklist like another bride suggested...that should take off some of the edge.
