Do you think the song lyrics and meanings matter if you are using the instrumental version for the ceremony? Like I love the instrumental version of wild horses but I think it's about someone coming out of a coma or something....

For that particular song I don't think it would really matter. I feel like a lot of people know it, but don't necessarily know all of it, or they just know the chorus and that's totally fine. If it was an instrumental of NIN 'Hurt,' then maybe I'd say lyrics and meanings matter lol.

Lol it would be pretty funny if someone used an instrumental of hurt walking down the aisle! I used to work at the miller place inn when I was in college and one time a bride and groom walked in to 'smack my b***h up' and I thought that was a really poor choice.
