accent wall for living room.. last night i was thinking..maybe red? but ehhh


what goes with red? like accent pieces and stuff

besides black and ivory

not fluorescent green.. but not darkk ninja turtle gren..

Our kitchen is a deep red and we've gotten so many compliments on it. Its such a bold color and adds so much to the room. I know its a different room but I think the color is hot.

Edited cuz i forgot to add..i feel like mroe colors go with red. like gold for example.

You can do a lot with Red ... dark brown looks good with it too

im all for red!!! thats what my living room is!!!
you can accent it with browns beige and different shades of red.

I have mostly black furniture in our red living room.

What about gold or beige? That'll go, too.

I actually really like this- with the gold-ish walls and the red couches.

green is my favorite color. but you know better than we do what will go better with your furniture.

hahahah this was our decision a few weeks ago!!!!!

i wanted this orchard green (i think it was called that) such an awesome color. FH hated it and wanted red. i didnt mind red, i love red, and always wanted a red wall.... but the wall we were painting (not behind the tv like most accent walls) is the the first wall you see (when you look back into our apartment), so i thought it would close the room up. so we painted it bright yellow on May 2nd, an awesome yellow color. and then on memorial day, we re-painted it red.....
it looks really good, but it does make the wall appear closer . but its def a cool wall!!!!

and you can get rugs with some red in it... an accent chair with red. or green haha
depending on how your apartment is laid out, our kitchen and living room is combined and i had a red tea pot and couch pillows from my old apartment, so that goes now. you can do a lot with either color!!!

my room used to be red... that dark burgundy type...do red!

i dont like greeen at all (no offense to anyone who has it) it just reminds me of snot for some reason.
