Soon-to-Be and Previous Brides -- Need A Reception Timeline

Hi,
I am looking for a detailed breakdown of the ceremony, cocktail and reception timeline. My Mom is driving me nuts wanting this...so if anyone can help me I would appreciate it. Like when you dance first and when you cut the cake etc, caterers not much help...

Thanks Coopersmom! However, my caterer isn't too helpful. Does anyone have a timeline from their wedding or one that they have put together for their upcoming wedding?
