FH and I had a bid accepted on a house and the inspection was today. Basically, the house needs about 100 THOUSAND dollars worth of work!!! Looks like we have to start all over I'm getting the feeling that a house is not in the cards for us Only 5 and a half months to go...I hope we figure something out soon.

I'm sorry I know how disappointed you must be, but better you find out now rather than later. It would have led to major stress, $$$$ & arguments. Things will work out for the best. Don't lose hope!

Oh no! I guess it's better to find that out sooner than later, but it still s u c k s. Were there any other houses you guys liked or neighborhoods you cna look at again?
