so i was kinda bummed because when i booked my hall, they told me that they only have oval tables, which i am not so crazy about. so my mom just called and they said that they can rent round tables for us and its so cheap they wont even charge! they also will throw in the linens.
I'm thinking about mixing oval and round tables. what do you ladies think?

Re: sooo happy... and question
I was just recently at a wedding where they did both and I have to be honest, I was not a fan of the layout with different size tables. I think it was b/c in this particular room, it was small, I think it would look much better in a larger room....not sure the size of your room. - jmo
nice!!! im not a fan of oval, i would just do round

i like the idea of using both-you could even play around with the cps on each type of table..

my room is quite large and i was worried about the tables not filling up the space enough. my BM said that the round tables fill up that space nicely.
where was the wedding you went to?
i went to one at lands end where it had both oval and round. but honestly i didnt even notice. my mom was raving about how good it looked. lol
