sooo pissssed

ok so we have been waiting for our 'firm' mortgage approval now for almost a month but figured with the holidays - things were slow.

so FH alls the mortgage company today only to find out that loans from the northeast have been transfered to Denver (from Charlotte) and at the moment, the Denver office doesnt have our paper work. For the third time in 2 months, our loan officer and processor have changed and they DONT KNOW WHERE OUR PAPER WORK IS??!! what do we do? our financials are floating around - our good faith estimate and mortgage approval, copies of SSN, license etc...

im so mad, this was supposed to go smooth now, once we actually got the approval and its heelll

ETS: i didnt even think to ask if they have our down payment check... that was originally sent to charlotte also

Thats ridiculous!

Ever hear of ABS..all banks su*k..so true!

Call and be persistant- otherwise they will just try and brush you off..or try having your attorney call them. Im sorry they are being arses!!

well we are lucky in the sense that the mortgage company is part of our builder ... so without the mortage final - they cant sell this unit since the same company is building it ... still, its insanity! how does this happen ... its a 400k mistake!!

it happens b/c the ppl who work for these banks are morons and they try and pass the buck b/c they have no clue- then you end up getting the run-around
