I have a feeling (not that I am in any way condoning her behavior, even a little) that there is more going on here...you def need to ask her what the hell is actually the REAL problem...I am so sorry that this happened

You dont need that kind of negativity in your life. She had no right to personally attack you like that....saying things that had nothing to do with anything, like your dress. But you know what,it sounds cliche and psycho-babble, but Hurt people hurt people...its true. Shes just reflecting her own hurt onto you, and thats just not right...its starts a never ending cycle of ********. ......
