Sooo what would you do about this little situation?

I have 2 friends who ditched me for my bach party. Like called an hour before and said they couldn't go bc they were sick but they went out to another party instead and had the nerve to post about it on FB and than when another friend of mine saw it, called me and told me. So FH got mad when he heard what they did and said something. I was shocked! He NEVER does that, and he was LIVID.

So, with that said, think they are still coming to my wedding? Thank god they are not BM's, but I have no idea what the hell their deal is! they screwed everyone that night and cost the people on the bus more b/c they didn't show up. Now Fh wants to make sure they don't do this for the wedding, but I feel deep in my gut, that our friendship maybe done. What do you think?

if you are done with them, then un-invite them.

if you feel there's still hope, confront them about what they did. it's extremely rude that they would lie to you (especially just an hour before the bach-party!) and yet still go to another party!

ita.

I don't get why people do that. Is it so hard to just say that you're not going when you get the invite? People don't realize a no from the beginning is a lot better than a last minute change. I had a BM who was a no show at mine too. Said she couldn't find a sitter for her daughter. She didn't know that in advance? That friendship is done as far as I'm concerned. I've been there for her through SO much and only asked for one night in return.

rude rude RUDE!!!!! you really find out whos there for you, thats one thing ive learned.

i would deduct 2 from your final count to cover your butt... and if they show up adding two settings wont be a big deal

wow, to be legitimately sick is one thing but to flake for another party with such short notice is inexcusable.

I'd be p issed off and wouldn't even want them to come to the wedding.

RUUUDE
