Soooo...

This past Friday my mother met FMIL and FFIL ... Fh and I brought them out to dinner. Well, my mother can drink ... as can my FIL's ... So everybody has a good load on and theyre all getting along fine ...

My mother starts telling a story and went to lean over to make the sign of the cross to FMIL as a joke about something and she FELL OFF THE CHAIR AND LANDED ON HER A$S IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RESTAURANT ... I couldnt move. I was paralyzed with embarrassment ... FMIL helped her up and my mother kept saying the floor was slippery ...

Um, could it have been the entire bottle of red wine you put back? hmmm???

Should be an interesting reception ...

I would be embarressed too but it's totally something to laugh off and you will all laugh about forever!!
