I finally fit into an old pair of jeans!!! all the workin out is really helping.. just have to keep on it!!!

I take a kickboxing class every wed morning and definitions class every saturday morning.. and then then at least 3-4 days at the gym doin cardio.. I cut back on my food and been eating 5-6 small meals aday.. tryin not to eat past 7pm or have any foods with a lot of sugar or fat.. eating lots of weight watchers and lean cuisines.. snacking on almonds, fruit, and lots of water!!! :)
