SOOOOO GROSS!!!!!!!!!!

So my neighbors sold their house and moved out a few days ago. They left some trash outside by the curb....the new people have not moved in yet and trash does not come until Monday. So we noticed this DISGUSTING smell outside...FH went to look and there is a GIANT DEAD FISH ROTTING RIGHT ON TOP OF THEIR TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called the police and health department and no one can do anything. I can't even open the windows its so gross. I am furious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i didn't call 911, i called the police department....i'm sure they would have yelled at me if i called 911
