SOoooo PPPPPissssed!!!!!!
so my shoes I ordered 3 weeeks ago still have not been delivered to my house.. i called Saks just now and asked whats taken so long and they told me the reservation cancelled itself out.. and she said the girl told you it was ordered and I said yes. shes like well its a hard shoe to get she shouldnt have told you it was confirmed!!! now im pissed cause shes callin other places to see if she can get my size and it doesnt look good at all.. Horrible customer service!!!!!!! sooooo mad that they should have called me right after i ordered the shoe to tell me it didnt go through if thats the case!!!! ARGHHHHH!!!!
