I just received my invites last night that were printed with Cards and Pockets and they look horrible!!!!! They did not cut them correctly so all the borders are uneven and it makes them not look straight. I literally had to sit there with a paper cutter myself and try to fix them! When I called Cards and Pockets to complain they would not give me any sort of refund unless I returned the prints to them. I explained to them that I spend all night fixing them because my wedding is 2 months away and these needs to go out ASAP...why would I mail them back ones I fixed?! I was willing to send them pictures of their horrible work but nothing...horrible custom service. I will NEVER use Cards and Pockets for printing anything ever again. I will post pics on here soon so you girls can see how horrible them were....I am so upset.....

definitely file with BBB and call the CC company. We had to do that with one our vendors.

You need to call again and complain to someone new, this is unacceptable! Call early in the morning when a new person starts a shift...don't call at the end of the day when some grouchy person has been hearing bitching all day....start crying if you have too...thats bull!
