I've only been on here since August, but it's funny to see the ladies talk b4 their wedding , and after their wedding...
How does it feel to say goodbye when it's ur time up, get married and come back....

it does feel different...but in a good way. suddenly, i don't have to worry about table numbers and seating and if aunt flo will show up...so i come on here and i feel like i don't fit in anymore, but in a good way. i guess that is why they have nwr and newlyweds! but it is a good feeling to not have the stress anymore, but it is bittersweet.

Definitely is bittersweet! Even though I am happy, for the most part, that the planning is over - it's a little sad to see everyone else still so excited about their upcoming weddings and I would definitely do the day over. I didn't come on BHB for prob the first month after I got married because that was really hard, but now it's easier. Plus - BHB and NWR are still the fastest moving boards!

With the wedding only 3 days away I feel like I'm in a dream. I'm excited for the wedding but in a weird way I know I'll be sad because all the planning will be over. Just knowing that I'll be able to help another fellow bride makes coming back to LIW that more easier.

I guess it's different for everyone. I hated the planning process - everything was a chore and just created too much drama. Because of the friendships I have made, I stay here and throw my two cents here or there.
I mostly spend time on the NWR and home boards now.
