My engagement dinner is in two weeks. The favors came and they are not what I paid for. On top of that I've been calling DISCOUNT MUGS and since 2:26 pm and they've been giving me the run around. I am so UPSET RIGHT KNOW. i'M GOING TO TRY AND PUT THE PICS ON. The top is what what I wanted AND THE BOTTOM IS WHAT THEY SENT ME. I JUST FEEL LIKE CRYING......
sorry to hear this ... i actually looked at that site but didn't wind up ordering from them .. well i would definately keep calling them .. you didn't get what you paid for .. hang in there and good luck ...

My mom has ordered from them before, but she needed to stay on top of them about the order and its arrival date.
I think they may have modified the last row because the characters don;t fit. We had the same problem.
Did you preview you the mug online before you ordered it? If the letters went outside of the margins, they would have automatically made it two lines.

SO SORRY TO HEAR THIS ALSO....UMH AND THEY ARENT RESPONDING TO YOU....OKAY WHEN YOU GET CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE ASK FOR THE HEAD PERSON AND SEND EMAILS ALSO...LET THEM KNOW THAT YOU WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE THERE EVER!!!!!!! WORD OF MOUTH IS GOOD MARKETING AND NO COMPANY WANTS A BAD REP
