Dear Ms. H******************,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us recently.
We appreciate your interest in participating in a factory tour. Unfortunately, in order to ensure strict adherence to FDA guidelines, sanitation procedures and safety, we are unable to accommodate tours of our facility. We trust you will understand.
Again, thank you for taking the time to contact us. We appreciate your interest in our products.

That s*cks. So it's not all like Willy Wonka? There's no chocolate rivers and fizzy lifting drinks? I'm extremely disappointed. What a cool idea though!

Re: SOOOOOOOOOOOO ANGRY!!!!!
That is an oober great idea. Of course you could always do the sorta kinda factory tour at Hershey. If you're up for a longgggggggggg drive there is the sorta kinda factory tour of Ben & Jerry's in Vermont.
