So we have been married for almost 5 months and still no video... yesterday Queens bridal called me and said to come in and look at my pictures before they went into the album ( my proofs were cut crooked so I had to look at my pictures before they went into the album) so I I told them I will be there at 6:30 we get there and they could not find my pictures.. We were there for 40 mins and stil no pics.. So we decided to leave.. No appologies nothing.. So I called again today and they were like they were here we just didn't see them.. how about a phone call appology something.. Oh and the best is there like well the video takes a while.. how about you tell me that.. they said well it usually takes anywhere from 305 months.. Hello it will be 5 months in a week.. so mad... of course because they have all our money what do they care.. ugh!!!!!

I'm so sorry... Did they ever find your pictures? It sounds like they need some organization skills! You said that they have your money...did you have to pay them in full? If so, that is sooooo not right! Most, if not all won't request full payment until EVERYTHING is rec'd.

yes they found our pics.. finally.. and yup we paid in full.. not happy about it..

We used QBC in Mineola. They told us from the beginning the time frames to receive everything. We got married in August and received our video/DVDat the beginning of March - it was due the end of February. So a week or two late but it is simply beautiful. We loved it.
As far as the albums. We had our proofs for a while and didnt go into do our albums until January. SO they told us it takes about 6 months - so around June we should get them. And we have 4 being made.
So I am sorry you are so upset. But I will say that I think you will be happy with the end result.

My friend used them for her wedding and she has similar problems. I wouldnt recommend them.

I just finished my ordeal with QBC of Lindenhurst. My video --- which really is fantastic --- took 8+ months. We were told it would take 3-4 months. Thankfully, it was worth the wait.
Now, about my album... I proofed the stupid thing FOUR times before finally approving it. They printed some pictures twice, they enlarged pics that they weren't supposed to, they screwed up one of my special effects... One picture they printed wrong three times!!! When you get to the album proofing stage, be careful and be diligent.
The smartest thing I did was to put the proofs of the pics that were going in the album in a cheapie album temporarily in the right order. That way, when I went to QBC, I could flip through my 'correct' album and their stack of photos at the same time. It helped me see what was missing and exactly where the problems were.
My wedding was March 12. I submitted my album selections to them in the beginning of July. I approved the album Thanksgiving weekend. My album was finally ready on March 1.
My album is perfect and DH loves it, but I still think about the anger and frustration it caused when I look at it and am not yet able to enjoy it.
I hope your experience is better than mine. Fortunately, with patience, everything will be perfect in the end. Good luck.
