For me it started right away--before missed period even.

mine started around the time I was supposed to get my period... that was a common PMS symtom for me.... one of the many reasons...I was hesitant to test for PG. They still hurt at 15 weeks....Im not sure if they hurt less...or if im so use to the discomfort i forget its there...
