Ick, I'm 3 days from the wedding and my throat is on fire. I've been having such a fun time these past few days with the being around the corner and this really puts a damper on things. I have to come back to NY today and make final arrangements with a few of the vendors, but if I wear my throat out now I won't have a voice to take my vows with!!!
Also, the weather on my wedding day isn't looking promising. I swore to myself that I wouldn't be concerned with weather but seeing those clouds and raindrops on the forecast is upsetting me a bit. Oh well, can't control that!

Are you sure that your throat isn't allergies? I wake up every morning with my throat killing me but by 11 am it seems to be fine, so I think it's allergies. Either way, 3 days is plenty of time for your throat to get better!
As far as the weather goes, your day will be perfect and special and amazing, and it's natural to have some last-minute worries. You've both worked very hard, in your relationship and on your wedding, for this weekend. Try not to worry so much about how it will be, because the bottom line is that it's going to be positively spectacular!!!!

Ugh, sorry to hear this, it may be just the stress of everything is compromising your immune system . Go get yourself a nice relaxing massage and take some elderberry, it helps fight off sore throats and boosts immunity. Also some vit C and zinc.

I'd make a quick pit stop at the dr and get put on something just as a precaution and drink lots of tea. I hate taking pills but i wouldnt chance it right before the wedding. Feel better!

Go to the dr. right away, they might be able to put you on a z-Pack which means you would be down to one pill by your wedding, so you should feel fine. Taking antibiotics on your wedding will stink but not as much as a sore throat. If you are losing your voice try lemons. Squeeze two lemons and drink the juice. ITS HORRIBLE, but its how I got through singing solos when I lost my voice.

I've beem home sick since MOnday. List of things wrong including sore throat. The Dr. told me it's just allergies so it could be the same for you. Maybe try an over the counter allergy med.

It def might be allergies I woke up like that today and I took a claritan and I felt a thousand times better. It's worth a shot.

Hon, Blessings on your Wedding Day and Forever!!!!! I had a bit of a scratchy throat from sinus. Took Airborne last night!!!!!! Pray you feel better soon!!!!! ITA: Allergies suck and they can make you think that you are getting sick- but you're not. And ignore the weather- they get it wrong most of the time anyway- it will be beautiful no matter what!

Probably just allergies!! My throat is killing me today too
Take some allergy medicine and also maybe take an airborn or zicam to try and fight whatever you might be coming down with if its not allergies.

Awwww Bonnie! I would go to the DR. just in case. Even if its just allergies he will be able to give you something. Feel better sweetie! And dont worry about your wedding day weather! Its going to be amazing no matter what!

Feel better!!! I'm so sorry you're not feeling well.
If this is any consolation, a girl in my office told me she had a horrific cold leading up to her wedding day. I asked her if it ruined her wedding day and she said not at all. She said the adrenaline kicked in and she felt 100% amazing all day.....the next day she was back to being sick.
I ALWAYS get sick when I'm stressed so I'm sort of predicting I'll have a cold or something on my wedding day.
