i have a sore throat too.....tylenol and gaargling with salt water is working for me.....i feel your pain

poor sea salt into very warm water and gargle, do it a couple times during the day!! I promise you will wake up tomorrow and it will be gone! works everytime!

Can't find the exact one, buy try a white tea or green tea, they have antioxidants.

It really does! my dad used to MAKE me growing up and I hated it, till I finally realized holy c rap hes not just making me do it for s hits and giggles, it truly works, unless of course u have like strep you may need a prescription for that

there is a sore throat syrup, I forgot the brand but you can find it in the cold remedy section of the drug store. It tastes god awful and you can't drink after you take it because it needs to coat your throat but it works wonders

i have a few.
the irish remedy (b/c an irish guy i dated told me about it) is the warm water and salt thing

the italian remedy (b/c this is what I grew up doing) is either swallowing honey with lemon or sugar with lemon - it's the lemon that does the trick and for it to work according to my aunt you have to try and hold it in your throat for a while before swallowing

the soothing, BIL remedy (b/c my fave bro in law did this for me) is to make hot tea (any non-overly flavored one though orange is nice lipton will do) and put honey and OJ in it... yes OJ and it's just such a good combo... I have all my co-workers hooked on it now.

tea with lemon and honey. if you're out of lemons, sub a teaspoon of oj.

Gargle w/saltwater. Yes, I know how that sounds, but it works.
