is it....

First name middle name (bride)

and

First name middle name (groom)

or our full names?

and is 29 the twenty-ninth with a dash?

and is 3:15 a quarter past three??

omg how stressful!!

First and Middle, no last names because they are imply through your parents full names.

twenty-ninth is with a dash

and I would say quarter past three o'clock in the afternoon.
