Sorry to ask this again...but where can I find out school district ratings?

I know that there is a website to look on...but, I can't remember what it is now and can't seem to find it through search...

Also, and this is a dumb question...but what do the ratings mean and how do I know if the districts (or however the areas are rated, i.e., by town or city) are good ones?

I'm so confused...

Well, you can look at
The School Report.com

Newsday's Report Card scores

NYS Education Dept -- Understanding the school report cards

NYS report cards

There is a lot of information out there... and you can always post on here for opinions!!

Hope this helps,
Danielle
