I did mine inner as
John and Jane Sample But the person closest to me's name was first. So lets just say that if John was my friend then above is how it would be! Hope that helped!

Thanks ladies, I wasn't sure if you put the last names in there as well....and I am not sure if we should spell out 'and' or just use the '&' sign.

I did Mr & Mrs John Sample & address on the outer and Mr & Mrs Sample on the inner....
