sorry to be MIA...but i'm back & married with some pics
i can't believe i've been married for 19 days already! with the wedding, honeymoon, and holidays being so close together, i haven't had a chance to log on. but i definitely wanted to check in with everyone before our year is over.
my wedding was amazing ... the best day of my life. it was magical and perfect in just about every way (other than the unity candle that wouldn't light!). my DH and i tried to stop and soak up the festivities several times during the day and were happy to see everyone having a wonderful time.
the watermill is top notch ... the staff, food, and decor were amazing. everyone is still talking about how elegant a wedding we had (especially since it was a small wedding of about 50 people).
fm entertainment ... frank and mike were excellent! they kept the party going and the dance floor full.
velvet studios were wonderful. bob and his crew arrived early and were on top of all our photo needs. we can't wait to get our proofs!
pat from rambling rose floist in sayville outdid herself. our bouquets and centerpieces were out of this world and exceeded my expectations!
majestic limo was super. al was wonderful. he is very personable, professional and on time. the limo and town car were spotless.
we didn't have professional video, but had a friend tape the events throughout the day. i'm so glad that we decided to do this because DH and i have already watched it numerous times. it helps me to remember those little things that are slowly drifting from memory. and, one of the best suggestions i received was to bring my own digital camera. i'm so glad i did because we were able to capture so great images and relive them while on our honeymoon!
