SORRY TO CRASH: Fox Hollow brides ....

FH brides...

How many stations did you get for your CH?
In my contract it tells me I get to choose 5 stations and underneath each station I choose 2. That means I only have 10 hot dishes + the cheese/breads/fruits. Ummm...Is it me or is this NOT enough food??? I feel like such a jerk. At first it seemed like so much food and now I'm like, holy crap that is NOTHING!!!!! HELP!!!!!

It was plenty of food, believe me! I didn't each much, but I saw the spread when I was in the CH saying hello to everyone - and it was BIG. Don't worry!!!

ETA: there are also 8 - 10 passed hors douvres!!!

trust me ... i got no complaints at all.

i can guarantee, nobody went home hungry

It is A LOT of food!!
we actually had 11 hot dishes because we got an extra one since DH wanted all 3 Spanish choices

We did add in the chuck wagon but believe me it is PLENTY!!!!

We had the same thing in our contract, 10 dishes from 5 stations. There was PLENTY of food, as everyone else posted. We brought Gladware containers and the staff made sure we had some packed up to go home since I couldn't eat at my own wedding (health issues). I saw my sisters, BIL and DH's brother sitting at a table together at CH eating, and I whispered, 'be honest, how is the food?' and I knew they'd be honest.... they all were raving over it!!

If you like 3 things from one station, and only 1 from another station, ask if they can arrange that for you. From the contract, it sounds like you have to choose 5 stations with 2 dishes from each. DH and I were concerned about that, but during our menu meeting with AnnMarie, we were able to customize exactly what we wanted, still sticking to the 10-dish limit.

it was soooooooo much food!!! seriously my family commented that they had never seen so much food at a wedding. some of them thought it was the dinner! LOL! The package really comes with enough, but if your that worried, add on some extras.
